Prepare Your Shelf: The Top POPs Worth Hunting Down This Autumn

Autumn's when the release calendar actually gets interesting.

Anime's dominating pretty much everything Funko's putting out this year, horror season is in full swing, and there's a genuinely stacked run of drops between now and Halloween. Here's what's worth clearing shelf space for, sorted so you're not scrolling through fifty figures to find the four you actually care about.

Anime & Gaming

  • The Apothecary Diaries — Maomao (1-in-6 chance of a Chase variant), Jinshi, and a Maomao & Jinshi Pocket POP 2-pack. First real Funko showing for the franchise.
  • Jujutsu Kaisen expansion — the 15-figure 2026 line keeps rolling, with the Glow-In-The-Dark Chase variants as the obvious centrepiece. If you only chase one thing off this list, this is probably it.
  • Pokémon Elemental Evolutions — a 4-pack built around Eevee. Pure nostalgia-bait, and it'll sell exactly as fast as you'd expect.

Horror Season

This is where the real demand is. A few standouts:

  • Warner Bros. Horror Mystery Boxes — blind boxes with chase decos of La Llorona, The Nun and Pennywise in the mix. Good fun if you like the gamble, less good if you need a specific figure.

  • Ghost Face Devil Face & Blacklight Ghost Face variant (#1607). Slasher completionists will be after both. The Santa crossover too, no doubt a fun one seasonally.
  • Terrifier's Art the Clown — the one everyone's actually asking about. Art's gone to full-blown must-have centrepiece this year, bloody variant (#1592) included.
  • Friday the 13th — the detailed Savini Jason (#1160), rolling out now. Crown jewel must-have.
  • Five Nights at Freddy's "Withered" line — Golden Freddy and co. Don't underestimate these.
  • Halloween — a new-pose Michael Myers (#1156) restock. Stable addition.
  • Stranger Things Season 5 — an updated Demogorgon and notably, a horror-styled Steve Harrington.

DC: The New Batman Adventures

Batman, Robin, Nightwing and Scarecrow, all in the classic animated-series style. Clean, well-loved aesthetic that collectors who grew up on the show will want on sight. Coming Soon.

Convention Exclusives (Mid-October)

UK stores don't get official NYCC exclusives on the shop floor directly, they land as "shared exclusives" through select UK retailers around mid-October instead - with a 'Special Edition' sticker. Worth keeping an eye on regardless of where you pick them up, since these sell out fast whichever door they come through.

What's Still Rumour (For Now)

Worth knowing about, not worth promising anyone yet:

  • Leaked convention variants for Chainsaw Man, plus new Universal Monsters entries (a glow-in-the-dark Dracula and a Wolf Man have both been floated).
  • Deluxe "POP! Movie Moments" recreating classic horror scenes, the iconic Scream phone call and The Shining bathroom door scene both getting mentioned. Nothing confirmed...

Not everything on a release list is worth the hype, but we all have our favourites. These are the ones we'd watch, plus the rumours worth keeping an ear on.
